[Pokemon] Oberon the Fairy King

Alternative title could be "Oberon of the Red Moon"
Some time ago I tried MMing for a shiny Ralts and got a male one relatively early. At first I named him Seraphim but then changed it to Oberon.
I wanted to make Oberon different than Henric so I gave him the claw-like fingers and marks.
He likes to pretend to be an evil overlord at times but tbh who wouldn't with those colours.
